A Tamarack juried artisan, Wayne has supported his life for nearly thirty years as an artist. Wayne has been featured in West Virginia and Wonderful Magazine, selected to participate in gallery exhibits at Tamarack – the best of West Virginia and has 23 limited edition lithographs to his credit. Wayne lives in Elkins, West Virginia.
